Defining the time zone of your assessmentQ environment

Background

As an administrator, you can change the default time zone for your assessmentQ environment. 

All time indications in e-mail notifications are calculated and displayed based on the selected time zone. The selected time zone is mentioned between brackets in the e-mails, for example:  4/10/2023 23:34 (UTC+10:00).

Note: The selected time zone applies for all users in your assessmentQ environment. It is not possible to set a time zone on the level of user accounts. 

Procedure

Proceed as follows to set the time zone for your assessmentQ environment:

  1. Select Settings in the main menu of assessmentQ mceclip0.png.
  2. Open the Time submodule.
  3. Select the time zone of your choice. 

    Result: All time indications in e-mail notifications are calculated and displayed based on the selected time zone.
