Procedure
There are two ways to send a certificate to an assessmentQ user.
Option 1: via Certificates tab.
- Open the Certificates tab.
- Search for your certificate.
- Click on the certificate to see the users which obtained this certificate.
- Enter (part of) the user’s name in the Search field (top right).
Result: All users who obtained this certificate matching the search terms are shown. - Click the three dots next to the certificate you want to send by e-mail.
- Choose Send by e-mail.
Result: The certificate is sent to the e-mail address (fourth column) of this user.
Option 2: via Users tab.
- Open the Users tab.
- Use the Search field (top right) to search your certificate.
- In the Search field:
- Enter (part of) a user’s name.
Result: All certificates obtained by this user are shown. - Or enter (part of) a certificate’s name.
Result: All users who obtained this certificate will be shown.
- Enter (part of) a user’s name.
- Click the three dots next to the certificate you want to send by e-mail.
- Click Send by e-mail.
Result: The certificate is sent to the registered e-mail address (fourth column) for this user.
Notes:
- The email will be sent in the language of the assessmentQ user’s profile.
- If the user’s e-mail address in the Certification module is not correct, you need to log on to the assessmentQ backoffice and change the address in the user’s accounts.
- It is not possible to send the certificate to multiple users.
