Deleting a certificate for a user


There are two ways to delete a certificate obtained by an assessmentQ user.

Option 1: via Certificates tab.

  1. Open the Certificates tab.
  2. Search for your certificate.
  3. Click on the certificate to see the users which obtained this certificate.
  4. Enter (part of) the user’s name in the Search field (top right).
    Result: All users who obtained this certificate matching the search terms are shown.
  5. Click the three dots next to the certificate you want to delete.
  6. Choose Delete.
    Result: The certificate is removed (only for the selected user). 



Option 2: via the Users tab.

  1. Open the Users tab.
  2. In the Search field (top right):
    • Enter (part of) a user’s name.
      Result: All certificates obtained by this user are shown.
    • Or enter (part of) a certificate’s name 
      Result: All users who obtained this certificate will be shown.
  3. Click the three dots next to the certificate you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
    Result: This certificate has been deleted (only for the selected user). 

If you want to delete multiple certificates:

  1. Click the check boxes next to the certificates of your choice.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom of the screen.
    Result: The certificates are deleted.
