Background
Concurrent users are users who are simultaneously logged on or trying to log on to your assessmentQ environment.
As a supervisor, you can see the number of concurrrent users in your assessmentQ environment. This allows you to get good insights in the usage of your environment.
Note: It is possible to limit the maximum number of concurrent users in your assessmentQ environment. If the maximum number of concurrent users is reached, participants who try to log on will see a waiting page. If you are interested in this option, please contact Televic Education via support@televic-education.com.
Monitoring concurrent users
To see the number of concurrent users in your assessmentQ environment, select Monitoring > Concurrent users in the navigation bar of assessmentQ.
Result:
You see the actual number of concurrent users in your assessmentQ environment and a chart displaying the number of concurrent users per minute in the last 30 minutes.
If a maximum number of concurrent users is defined, you additionally see the maximum number that is set for your assessmentQ environment.
If the maximum number of concurrent users is reached, you see how many users are queued.
Notes:
- The number of concurrent users also includes backoffice users. However, backoffice users trying to log on via the backoffice URL will never be denied access.
- The overview is automatically refreshed every 30 seconds.
