Score ranges for manual scoring with a rubric
As an author, if you create a question with manual scoring with a rubric, you can now choose to work with a fixed score or with a score range for the performance levels.
Progress bar for grading
As a grader, you will now see a progress bar at the top right of your grading screen. This progress bar shows the percentage of answers that have already been graded for your assignment.
Math symbol for difference in collections
The symbol to determine the set difference has been added to the Collections symbols.
Extra scoring option in the review template
In the review template, you can now show the score not only in points, but also as a percentage.
API update
A new API call has been added:
- GET v2/sessions/{id}/report to retrieve the results of a session
Removed features
Positive or negative feedback for items that require manual scoring
If the author has set feedback on the level of an item, this feedback is shown to the participant when clicking on Correction:
- General feedback is always displayed regardless of whether the participant gave a correct or incorrect answer.
- Positive or negative feedback, however, is only shown if the participant's answer can be corrected automatically. This is not the case for items that require manual scoring. As a result, positive or negative feedback is never shown for items that require manual scoring.
Therefore, from now on, it is no longer possible for authors to add Positive or Negative feedback on the level of the item for items that require manual scoring. This applies for the following scoring mechanisms:
- Manual scoring
- Scoring with criteria
- Scoring with a rubric
