Who gets access?
To get access to the Results modules, you need to have the Group responsible role. Administrators also have access out of the box, as they can see everything in the backoffice.
Other roles by default do not have access to the Results module.
By default, the three Results permissions are activated for the Group responsible role:
- Access to Assignment reports
- Access to User reports
- Access to Advanced reports
Note: By default, the permission to delete sessions is not activated. As an administrator, you can activate this permission if you want your group responsibles to be able to delete sessions. More information.
Access to assignments and users
Group responsibles by default have access to the assessmentQ reporting of their assignments (i.e. the assignments they created themselves or the assignments to which they have been given access) and they can only see the results of their own users (i.e. the users that are in a group for which they are responsible).
For group responsibles to have access to the reporting of:
- all assignments, the Extended access permission Access to all assignments must be activated.
- all users, the Extended access permission Access to all users needs to be activated.
Access to advanced reports
By default, group responsibles will only see the advanced reports they created themselves or that have been shared with them.
For group responsibles to have access to all advanced reports, the Extended access permission Access to all advanced reports must be activated.
