Background
There are two options in assessmentQ to prevent a user from accessing it. You can
- deactivate a user: when you deactivate a user, his data remain available, but he cannot sign in anymore to the backoffice or the player.
- Permanently deleting a user: when a user wants to be completely forgotten, you can delete him permanently. The user is then anonymized, but his data or results (except for audio and video recordings) remain available in the reports.
A deactivated user can be reactivated again. A deleted user cannot, and has to be created again as a new account.
