Manual scoring per group

Procedure

To manually score per group, proceed as follows:

1. Click the By group tab in the Manual Scoring module.
   Result: The overview page lists the publications for which you have coaching rights.
2. Select the publication(s) for which you want to assign scores and click Next selection at the bottom right.
   Result: The overview page lists the user groups.
3. Select the group(s) for which you want to assign scores and click Scoring at the bottom right.
4. Expand the publication(s) by clicking the icon to see:
   • all the users’ sessions for the selected publication (in case of By group and session),
     or
   • ll the items’ sessions for the selected publication (in case of By group and item).

   Tip: Sessions for which manual scoring is required, are highlighted.

5. Click on a session to see the user’s answer.
   Result: The answer is shown at the right of the screen.
6. Select one of the options below to know how to continue:
   • Manually scoring an open question
   • Manually scoring a recording exercise
   • Manually scoring an upload file(s) exercise
7. Repeat steps 5 to 6 to score the remaining items.
