How to generate a schedule report including inactive users

Standard report

To generate a standard report including the users who did not start a scheduled publication, proceed as follows:

  1. In the Standard reporting module, click Schedules.
  2. Select the schedule(s) of your choice and click Generate report.
  3. Select the option Show users without logging at the top right.
    Result: The users who did not start the publication are listed in the report.

Advanced report 

To generate an advanced report including the users who did not start a scheduled publication, proceed as follows:

  1. In the Advanced reporting module, click New report.
  2. Filter on the schedule of your choice.
  3. Select Include users without results.
  4. Click Grouping and columns.
  5. Add Users and Sessions to the Active data grouping

  6. Click Generate report.
    Result: The users who did not start the publication are listed in the report.
