When a Pro card is replaced, it is possible that the MAC address isn't configured properly. As there is only one card attached to the teacher PC (there is no external source), you can just erase that MAC address in the configuration.
Process
- open the configurator tool: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Televic Education\client\configurator.exe'
- open the Teacher tab
- select audio settings for Live Pro device
- erase the MAC address of Pro card
- open the Desktop tab
- select audio settings for Live Pro device
- erase the MAC address of Pro card
- Click File - Save
- Restart TCC
