The following error appears when launching interpreterQ :
Please pay attention if the error popup is exactly the same as the screenshot above. A very similar popup may appear with a different error text. Compare with following FAQ topic to ensure you are on the correct FAQ page :
This error message means that the ERS client has been started on the Control PC, but cannot connect to the Conference Central Unit.
First try rebooting the system.
If this doesn't work, open a browser on the Control PC and surf to the IP address of the central unit. set the settings as follows (Plixus Core connected is important):
