Background
A case is not an item on its own, but a kind of container in which you can collect several items. It allows you to combine multiple items with a communal focus. Different item types can be used in a case (such as multiple choice, gap fill, drop-down, ...).
Procedure
Proceed as follows to create a case:
- Go to Authoring > Items.
- Go to the folder in which you want to add your item.
- Click on to add an item.
- Select Case.
- Enter the item name in the breadcrumb at the top.
- In the Content tab, enter the content for the case. This content (tekst, image, video …) will be shown in the main tab of the case and expresses the comunal focus of the following exercises.
- Now you can add as many items as you want to this case, by clicking + Add and selecting the type of item you want.
