Procedure
Proceed as follows to log on to the assessmentQ backoffice:
- Go to [your domain name].assessmentq.com
- Enter your e-mail address and password and click Log on.
Result: You see the assessmentQ portal homepage. - Click the Backoffice button at the top right of the homepage.
Note: You will only see the Backoffice button if you have a backoffice role. More info: About roles and permissions.
Result: You arrive on the dashboard of the assessmentQ back office. For more information, see Backoffice dashboard below. At the top, you see the back office navigation bar. Depending on your role(s), you see one or more modules in the navigation bar.
Tip: You can also log on immediately to the backoffice URL of your assessmentQ environment [your domain name].backoffice.assessmentq.com. That way you don't have to click through on the Backoffice button on the portal.
Backoffice dashboard
The backoffice dashboard functions as a homepage for assessmentQ backoffice users. The dashboard contains three widgets:
- the Getting started with assessmentQ tutorial
- a quick overview of your last opened items
- quick links
Getting started
In this widget, you can find a small video about assessmentQ and several guided tours of the assessmentQ backoffice. This content is ideal for introducing new assessmentQ backoffice users to the backoffice functions.
Tip: You can hide the Getting started via the Preference settings in your profile.
Last opened
In this widget, you will see direct links to your latest work in the backoffice. You will be able to see and navigate directly to the following:
- Last opened items
- Last opened assignments
- Last opened schedules
- Last opened assignments in monitoring
- Last opened assignments in grading
- Last opened advanced reports
- Last opened assignment reports
- Last opened user reports
- Last opened scenarios
- Last opened review tasks
