Background
In the assessmentQ Themes module, you can define the branding of your assessmentQ environment by means of one or more themes.
A theme consists of 3 view modes:
-
-
- a light mode (default)
- a dark mode
- a high contrast mode
-
The participant will be able to select the view mode (light, dark or high contrast) via the Preferences menu item in the portal and player.
Note: For the dark and high contrast mode to be available to the participants, you need to activate the view modes for your assessmentQ environment. Once activated, they will be available for all participants and all assignments.
As an administrator you can:
- define the logos, background images, and colours that must be used in a theme.
- set the default theme for your assessmentQ environment.
The default theme is used on the sign in page, the portal, the self-registration page, the access code page and in the assessmentQ e-mails. - add extra themes that authors can use in their assignments.
If no extra themes are available, the default theme is used in assignments.
