Background
As an analyst, you can customize your assessmentQ report so you can display only the information that is important to you.
Customizing the information that is shown in a report is possible for:
- the overview lists in the modules assignment reports and user reports.
- the custom report for an assignment and user report.
- the certificates report for an assignment and user report.
Procedure
To customize an assessmentQ report, proceed as follows:
- Select Reporting in the main menu of assessmentQ
.
- In the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen, select the type of report you need (Assignment reports or User reports).
Result: Depending on whether you opened the Assignment or the User reports, the list of assignments or users is displayed. - If you want to customize the table view of the overview list, click on the table icon
in the upper right corner:
- (De)select the columns of your choice.
- Click OK.
- If you want to customize the view of a specific report:
- Open the report of your choice. More info.
Result: The Overview tab of the report is opened. - Open the Custom report or the Certificates tab.
Note: You cannot customize the report view in the Overview and Score report tabs.
- Click on the table icon
in the upper right corner:
- (De)select the columns of your choice.
- Click OK.
- Open the report of your choice. More info.
