Participants can use the search and filter bar to more easily find a schedule on their portal.
Note: The search and filter bar is not shown by default on the assessmentQ portal. It is only shown on the portal when activated by the assessmentQ administrator.
Searching and filtering
Participants can search for a schedule by entering (part of) a schedule name.
The participants can filter on the schedule availability:
- Open, i.e. schedules for which the end date has not been reached yet.
- Open for review, i.e. schedules for which they can review their assignments.
- Expired, i.e. schedules for which the end date has been reached.
- Upcoming, i.e. schedules for which the start date has not been reached yet.
Note: By default, the participants will see all the schedules that have been published for them. The administrator, however, can decide not to show the expired and/or upcoming schedules on the assessmentQ portal. In this case, the filters for expired and/or upcoming schedules will not be shown in the filter bar.
Schedulers can add additional information to a schedule by means of tags. This information is shown on the participant's portal above the schedule name. The participants can use these tags to filter the schedules on their portal.
Note: In case no tags are added to schedules, the Tag filter bar will not be shown on the portal.
