interpreterQ / iQMP / ERSClientService licenses are activated for a specific PC. If you want to reinstall the application on a different PC, you first need to deactivate the license on the old PC. This can be done using the License Manager application, which can be downloaded from the Partner Domain.
1. Add all your license keys to the tool :
File > Add license keys...
2. Click "Retrieve authentication data" to retrieve up-to-date info about the PC(s) on which each of the licenses is activated
3. In order to deactivate a license on a certain PC, expand the "Authentications" section for the license key, and click the "deactivate" icon for the correct PC
4. After this, you can reuse the license key to do a new registration on a different computer.
