How do I collect logging from conference equipment?

Learn how to set the Plixus log level to advanced and collect log files from the conference equipment.

For some specific issues with the conference equipment, we need its log files. These are collected from the web server of the Plixus conference system.

Procedure

  1. Look up the IP address of the control PC. You need it to access the web server.

  2. On the teacher computer, open Google Chrome and go to that IP address.

  3. Set the log level of Plixus to advanced: click the general menu > System info > Logging level: Advanced (see screenshots).

  4. Reproduce the issue.

  5. Download the logs and send them to us, together with the exact time at which you reproduced the issue.
