Background
When an end user activates his Televic Education application using the received activation key, info about the user and the computer are stored on the online Televic Authentication Server. This info can be retrieved from the server and stored locally in the management tool.
Procedure
Proceed as follows to view the authentication info about the license keys:
- Click Retrieve authentication data
Result: Any additional license key activations are shown in the updated list, mentioning the name of the registered user, used computer and registration date.
- Click +
next to a license key to review the activations for that key.
- In case of a multi-PC license key, one authentication line will appear for each PC on which the license key was used for activating the application.
