Background
You can structure your source texts easily by means of folders.
Adding a folder
Proceed as follows to add a new folder for your source texts:
- In the Backoffice, select Source Texts.
Result: The list of available source texts is displayed - Click the button Add folder.
Result: A dialog windows appears asking you to enter a name for your folder. - Enter a name for you folder and click Save.
Result: The new folder is added.
Editing the name of a folder
Proceed as follows to edit the name of a folder:
- In the Backoffice, select Source Texts.
Result: The list of available source texts is displayed - Click the folder you want to edit.
- Click on the name of the folder and edit it.
- Click anywhere else on the screen.
Result: The name of the folder is auto-saved.
Deleting a folder
Proceed as follows to delete a folder and all of its contents:
- In the Backoffice, select Source Texts.
Result: The list of available source texts is displayed - Click the folder you want to delete.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Delete.
Result: A dialog window appears asking you to confirm the deletion of the folder. - Click Yes.
- Result: The folder and its contents have been deleted.
