Working with folders

Background

You can structure your source texts easily by means of folders.

Adding a folder

Proceed as follows to add a new folder for your source texts:

  1. In the Backoffice, select Source Texts.
    Result
    : The list of available source texts is displayed
  2. Click the button Add folder.
    Result: A dialog windows appears asking you to enter a name for your folder.
  3. Enter a name for you folder and click Save
    Result: The new folder is added.

Editing the name of a folder

Proceed as follows to edit the name of a folder:

  1. In the Backoffice, select Source Texts.
    Result
    : The list of available source texts is displayed
  2. Click the folder you want to edit.
  3. Click on the name of the folder and edit it.
  4. Click anywhere else on the screen.
    Result: The name of the folder is auto-saved. 

Deleting a folder

Proceed as follows to delete a folder and all of its contents:

  1. In the Backoffice, select Source Texts.
    Result
    : The list of available source texts is displayed
  2. Click the folder you want to delete.
  3. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Delete.
    Result: A dialog window appears asking you to confirm the deletion of the folder.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. Result: The folder and its contents have been deleted.
