Archiving and restoring a translation assignment

Archiving a translation assignment

Proceed as follows to archive a translation assignment:

  1. Click on Translation assignments in the left navigation bar.
    Result: You see a list of already available translation assignments. 
  2. In the three dots to the right of a Live transaltion assignment and select Archive.
    Result: You get a warning message, asking you to confirm the archiving. 
  3. Click Yes.
    Result: The translation assignment gets the status Archived. 

Note:

  • An archived translation assignment remains visible on the translator's portal. Archiving only has an effect in the backoffice of translationQ. 
  • Only translation assignments with the status Live can be archived. 

Restoring a translation assignment

Proceed as follows to restore a translation assignment:

  1. Click on Translation assignments in the left navigation bar.
    Result: You see a list of already available translation assignments. 
  2. In the three dots to the right of an Archived translation assignment, select Restore.
    Result: You get a warning message, asking you to confirm the restore action. 
  3. Click Yes.
    Result: The translation assignment gets the status Live again.
