When a new lab is installed, or when the PC's in a lab are replaced, it will be necessary to identify the student computers (again).
Procedure
To identify the student PC's:
- Open TCC on the teacher PC.
- Log in as admin.
- Go to Edit class layouts.
- Click on Identify student computers.
Result: A large number appears on all student computer screens. This number indicates the lowest available desk position in the classroom layout. - Walk to each of the student computers and click <ENTER> to assign the displayed position to each computer. The position will auto-increment on each click.
