When reporting a functional interpreterQ issue to Televic, please include the necessary log files so that we can diagnose the problem. Please follow the steps below.
- Launch interpreterQ and make sure all booth PCs are logged in into interpreterQ.
- Before collecting log files, first enable extensive logging (screenshot below)
- Do the minimal steps required to reproduce the issue

Collect the logfiles for today :
Be aware that logs will only be available for booth PCs currently connected to interpreterQ.
